To be fair, mascot costumes aren’t all that bad - but they should be a lot better for the money some teams spend on them. But then fursuiting is often a labor of love, and there’s probably less overhead dealing with fans.

This is so true! The poor sports mascots would be ridiculed for the crappy quality of their costumes compared to the fursuits worn by the furries. ;oP
