To be fair, mascot costumes aren’t all that bad - but they should be a lot better for the money some teams spend on them. But then fursuiting is often a labor of love, and there’s probably less overhead dealing with fans.

Hezzu: I’m not even sure if there even is a Hyatt in Trenton, that was just the first town & hotel that popped into my head when I wrote this one.

This is so true! The poor sports mascots would be ridiculed for the crappy quality of their costumes compared to the fursuits worn by the furries. ;oP
