it was that dog cartoon show… “secret files of the spy dogs” .. or something like that… i saw the show translated in my language so i´m not 100% on the name… it´s the same punchline just a dog painting it while Da Vinci is in the kitchen.

1st time i saw this joke was while watching “time squad” cartoon a few years ago.
