I guess there’s a couple different versions of this Urban Legend. The one I heard first involved some poor guy waking up in an ice-filled bath tub in a seedy motel bathroom after he had met some hot, mysterious girl at a bar and taken her back to her room. The phone next to him had a note which read, “Call 9-1-1 if want to live.”
